Class Rep Responsibilities

1. Set up an email distribution list for your form using the class list attached and invite people to join a Whatsapp group.   The best way to do this is to create a group, then share a link for it in the email, which they can click on to join  (this is because we do not have parents’ phone numbers.)  This link explains it, if you need help.  https://faq.whatsapp.com/3242937609289432/?cms_platform=web

2. Join the wider class reps WA and email group.  PTA information is sent to you for you to cascade to your form.

3. Diarise upcoming events – see attached – and encourage attendance by your form.

4. Donate a minimum of 2 vouchers or gifts per academic year per form, for use across our fundraising events.

5. Take part in the allocated stalls for the Christmas and Summer Fairs, whether on the day or in the lead up to the events.
6. If possible, organise a class social – either coffee or drinks (or both) at the beginning of the school year.
