Class Rep Responsibilities

Set up an email distribution list for your form using the class list attached and invite people to join a Whatsapp group. The best way to do this is to create a group, then share a link for it in the email, which they can click on to join (this is because we do not have parents’ phone numbers.) Join the wider class reps WA and email group. PTA information is sent to you for you to cascade to your form.

Donate a minimum of 2 vouchers or gifts per academic year per form, for use across our fundraising events. These can be gathered by asking parents to approach businesses that they visit often such are restaurants, hair dressers and sports clubs and ask them directly for a voucher, or potentially by asking a parent to donate a voucher from their own businesses. More ideas can be found here, and a copy of our 2025 Christmas Fair Fundraising letter to support the requests is printable or sharable via email.

Take part in the allocated stalls for the Christmas and Summer Fairs, whether on the day or in the lead up to the events. Gathering parent participation and donations. All rota links have been created for you to share with parents and Pay Pool links can be shared to class whats app and email group in order to gather donations for stock.
If possible, organise a class social – either coffee or drinks (or both) at the beginning of the school year.
