It’s That Time Of Year And We Really Need Your Help!

Please do browse here for which stall your year group has been assigned. The lead persons have already been assigned but they will very much need your help sorting and covering rota slots on the day.

Each year we also ask the LMS students to sign up to rota slots too and over 40 girls have applied each year, so why not do a rota shift with them! Any other questions do get in touch with Rhona or Gemma via ladymargaretpta@gmail.com.

STALLS, LEADS & ROTA LINKS

Year 7 are getting involved in the carnival stalls and activities area this year. Amy Beeson and Lea Dixon are leading the co-ordination but really need year 7 parents to please join in zoom team meetings and sign up to rota slots. 😊

Year 8 are heading up the Cake stall and the Spin the Wheel adventure again this year. Please support Sadia Khan and Gemma Hill as they seek to find people to help bake, sell and sign up to Rota slots please! 🙌

Year 9 are heading up the Book stall and with lots of donations pouring in, please Year 9 parents, join in with co-ordinator Katie Dance and come along on the day to help if you can. Katie Dance is great fun and the more the merrier. 🫶

Year 10 are diving into the Teen Tombola. They needs lots of donations and rota sign ups please! Last fair this stall ended up being one of the most popular stalls so please do gather round Alexandra Vane Tempest as she leads this team forward. ⭐️

Year 11 are kindly sorting out the Bottle Tombola for us this year. This always proves to be a popular classic and we thank you in advance for all the support you can give to Rebecca Magniant and Treen who will be collecting bottles from year 11 parents and also needing people to sign up to rota slots the day before the fair too. 🍾

Ruby & Nicky are our Vintage stall experts! The Vintage and 2nd hand uniform stall has always been a popular fair stall too. We have also welcomed upcoming year 7 parents to our event to come and grab some bargains from the second hand uniform sale so please do sign up and look out for them on the day! 🤝

We are still looking for someone to lead the pre loved stall. This old skool ‘Bric n Brac’ type stall is one of the reasons people come along on the day, to see if they can find a bargain. Could you maybe lend us your selling skills? It is a great stall to run, it just needs a some reasoning with pricing. Please do get in contact with us here! ladymargaretpta@gmail.com. 💕
