For Each Fair We Really Need Your Help!

On the approach to our Fairs we use this page to help parents sign up to Rota Slots. Below are a list of the regular so please do browse here and get an idea of what we host. Lead persons are alswyas needed to help organise and organise covering rota slots on the day.

Each year we also ask the LMS students to sign up to rota slots too and over 40 girls have applied each year, so why not do a rota shift with them! Any other questions do get in touch with Rhona or Gemma via ladymargaretpta@gmail.com.

REGULAR STALLS & PARENT SIGN UP

Year 7 are in charge of Santas Grotto the Christmas Fair 2025. It was such a great success last year and lots of fun. The team will need lots of help on the day, we also have the top tips doc from last time we did the Grotto to pass on and a lots of the props and presents sorted too. Please can you sign up to help on the day β„οΈπŸ¦ŒπŸ›·.

Year 8 are leading on the very festive Mulled Wine, mince pies, teas & coffees and hot chocolate stall this year. Please do support this stall by signing up to a slot and getting in touch with the stall lead/Class rep πŸ₯§ πŸŽ„πŸ·.

Year 9 are kindly heading up the Cake stall this year and the Spin the Wheel adventure continues too . Please do sign up to donate and help on the day 🍰 🎁 π–₯ž.

Year 10 will be diving into the pre loved & Book Stall this year. Kate Dance is going to be helping head this up but will need all hand on deck! Please help by signing up to a slot! πŸ“šπŸ§£πŸŽ„

Year 11 will be all hands on deck for one of the most popular stalls of our fairs, the Teen Tombla! . PTA have some stock to get things started but all donations and hands to help with prep and on the day are much appreciated! Kindly support & sign up 🀢🏻 🎟️ ✨.

Year 12 & 13 are jumping on board with the Vintage, 2nd Hand Uniform and Bottle Tombola stall for us this fair. Ruby & Nicky are our Vintage stall experts, please do support them by signing up to help on the day and perhaps get in touch and see if they need help before hand x

Governors and Teachers are being asked to help man the front gate and greet parents and students as they arrive. Please do sign up for a shift if you can.
